Let’s be honest—young adulthood is a lot. Between figuring out your career, navigating changing relationships, managing stress, and trying to answer the big "What’s next?" questions, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or like you’re doing it all on your own.
You don't have to carry it by yourself.
Valley Young Adults (ages 18–26) is a space built just for this season of life. We’re a community of everyday people coming together to find real rest, build honest friendships, and grow deeper in our faith with Jesus. No pressure, no needing to have it all together, and no upfront expectations—just a warm, welcoming space to exhale and be yourself.
We gather monthly for relaxed meetups and simple, fun hangouts designed to help you recharge and connect with people who actually get what you're going through. Whether you’ve walked with God for years or you're just looking for a good group of friends to do life with, you belong here.
Got a friend who could use a welcoming community? Bring them along—there’s always a seat saved for you both.
Hey everyone! Who's ready for a fun night out?
We’re heading over to the Dutchess County Fair on Wednesday, August 26th, and we’d love for you to come hang with us. Whether you're obsessed with fair food, want to check out the rides, or just want a chill night of good conversations and hanging out, this is the place to be.
