Growth Track is designed to help you become a fully-devoted follower of Jesus Christ. From the initial decision to find out more about the vision of Valley Church to a fulfilling leadership role on our team, we will provide you with a path to experience growth and fulfillment.

Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to connect to the church, discover the strengths of your purposeful design, develop your personal leadership, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

Find out what it means to be a leader at Valley and learn how you can strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential.

Growth Track is held quarterly at Valley Church after our last Sunday service. The next Growth Track will be October 26th, 2025 starting at 1:15 PM, including complimentary lunch and childcare.
